MGATE products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three(3) years from the date of purchase. If during the warranty period, any MGATE product is found to be defective, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product at no charge, provided that the product is returned to us properly packaged and postage prepaid, with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or modification, or any other cause beyond the control of MGATE. Additionally, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance. In no event shall MGATE be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from the use of our products.

To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service department at rma@mgate.ca. Our team will provide you with further instructions and arrange for the return of the product, if necessary. Please note that our warranty applies only to products purchased from MGATE or an authorized reseller and is not transferable.
