We provide repair services with products are in or out of manufactory limited warranty. To return a product for repair:

1. Contact our RMA department for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) and provide a description of the problem(s).  
2. Ship the defective product to the provided address with the RMA.
3. Once the product is received, our engineer will test the product and a repair estimate will be provided. 
4. Repair will proceed after the estimate is approved.  Prompt acceptance of the estimate will shorten the overall repair time.  If a repair is determined to be covered by warranty, no authorization is required.
5. Product is returned with the shipping method specified in the RMA.  For repairs that are covered by the warranty, MGATE will pay the return shipping cost.
